Knee high boots are fun and adventurous, and they make a bold yet classy fashion statement. That must be why they have become wildly popular again for fall/winter fashion this year.  Knee high boots offer an instant update to almost any outfit, silhouettes range from modern single soles to distinctive pointed toes. Finally after a while of taking a backseat to ultra-chic ankle boots, knee high boots are back in fashion just in time for fall. Since knee high boots can be a bit daunting to style, we decided to put together a list of ways to wear knee high boots depending on where you’re going.

To The Office

For the office we suggest pairing brown leather knee high boots with a brown slit pencil skirt and a rich orange or amber top. The colors in this look scream fall and the boots will have you looking sexy yet appropriate for the office environment. If your office has a casual Friday, then you can pair the same boots with dark wash jeans and a smart cardigan tank top combo.

To A Party

For a fall or winter holiday party we recommend pairing knee high boots with metallic colored skinny jeans. This look is great because you can mix and match the colors, try pairing black boots with silver jeans, brown boots with bronze jeans or any other combination your like. As far as shirts go, stick with black or gray since your jeans and boot will be attention grabbing enough.

At a Concert

At most concerts, especially outdoor ones, attendees can expect a lot of standing and maybe even some dancing. So skip the knee high boots with the painful heel and opt for a flat, riding boot style instead. You can still pair these just as easily with your favorite leggings or jeans, but you can also pair these with shorts since they are flat and more casual looking.
