It’s Britney…is there really more we can say than that? Oh how we have missed Britney and her high-fashion, we’ve pretty much been waiting for this moment since 1998. We are all rooting for her and hoping this moment is not just a moment, and is actually just the new Britney. So, what spurred this sudden change of events?

Spears is the new face of Kenzo’s LA Collection, Memento No. 2 campaign. During her heyday, Britney was slaying the fashion game (well, just beginning to dabble in it) during her “Slave 4 U” days. I mean, c’mon, we all remember that sweaty and sexy music video. After the hair-shaving incident, Spears fell off a little bit, and missed out on a lot of things. One of those things was having a high-fashion moment like many celebs have during their prime. Now, Britney is back in the game and in a big way. The campaign highlights Kenzo’s Japanese roots, so there will be a lot of Tiger imagery, denim and iconic motifs.
