TLC’s ‘Say Yes To The Dress’ features different women as they try to realize the perfect dress for their special, once-in-a-lifetime day.
Nik West, former bassist for Prince and best-known for her rocking purple mohawk, was featured on last Saturday’s episode of TLC’s long time television series ‘Say Yes to The Dress’.
The episode showed her heading over to the Kleinfeld Bridal salon at New York to pick out the wedding dress of her dreams.
According to West who was wearing an all-purple suit during her visit, she wanted “something that can convert from me being at a wedding, so I want something that has, like, a Belle (from “Beauty And The Beast”) ball gown, but something that detaches and there’s like this catsuit one piece.” The gorgeous bassist also added, “I want to look like a classy superhero.”
Her publicist Coleen Cole Velasquez affirms this, saying “I think it needs to be very original, not like everyone else.”
And we have to say, we absolutely agree!
