H&M Is Big, But Do You Know Their Sister Brands?

If you know anything about fashion, you have probably heard of H&M and have seen a store or two. But what you probably didn’t know is that there is more to H&M then just H&M.

H&M Group is a Swedish clothing company founded in 1947. It is one of the largest clothing retailers on the planet and has been trending lately under the “fast fashion” category.

Since then, H&M group stores are in over 62 countries and operates more than 4,500 stores. H&M is known for its trendy fashion clothing that can be seen in their collaborations with big names to the like of Jimmy Choo and even Versace.

But did you know that H&M is only one of eight brands that fall under the H&M Group brand? According to Business Insider, H&M’s sister brands will be the key to the company’s growth, not the namesake H&M brand.

The other brands that fall under the group are COS, ARKET, FaBric, Cheap Monday, Monki, and Weekday. H&M Group CEO Karl-Johan Persson told Business Insider, “We have a great portfolio in those brands, and these brands are only at the beginning of their journey”.
