Women in their 20’s. If you’re in your 20’s, your skin is probably looking really great and you can get away with just basic skincare. Cleanser, toner, and a moisturizer fit for your skin type should be sufficient. Eye cream isn’t necesarilly something you need unless you have very dry under eyes and the product contains retinol. SPF is a must as you want to remain wrinkle and dark spot free.

Women in their 30’s. This is when a woman really has to start to commit to a good skincare routine. The time is passing by so signs of aging are inevitable but slowing them down is possible. Use products with retinol including face creams and eye creams. If you notice your glow isn’t as obvious, use a brightening serum for extra moisture. Always use SPF of at least 30 on your face, hands, neck, and décolleté to prevent signs of aging.

Women in their 40’s. 40’s may be the new 30’s but if your skin doesn’t look the part, it may not apply to you. This is the time to really nourish and protect the skin more than you have in the past. Not only do you need to cleanse and moisturize properly, but you also have to add a few extra products that will really hydrate the skin because wrinkles and sagging are lurking around. Find a serum that will tightening and brighten the face and treat your skin to nourishing face masks at least two times a week. Again, you will need to apply SPF on all area of your body to prevent sagging, spots, and wrinkles.
