Hair trends aren’t always about how you style you’re hair but what you put on top of it.  Headscarves were a favorite of the 1960’s screen goddesses’ and now they are back in fashion.  Headscarves are not only very fashionable but highly functional, they are great for keeping your head warm on a cold winter day or for keeping your hair in place on a gusty summer outing.  Plus there are tons of different styles you can try, you could opt for the old Hollywood style or go for an edgy boho chic look.  Stars like Rihanna, Nicole Richie and Solange Knowles have all been recently spotted wearing headscarves in various fashionable ways.

For a glamorous look we suggest you wear your headscarf the old fashion way, but placing a delicate silk scarf on your head and tying the corners under your chin, a la Audrey Hepburn. All you need now are some glitzy sunglass and you’ll be ready for a glamorous outing.  For a more casual look go for the boho chic vibe and wrap a colorful long scarf around your head and tie it in the back, letting your hair cascade down in beachy waves. Nicole Richie is a fan of this look and we love the relaxed summery style.
