A store opening turned into a holiday celebration
The New York City LoveShackFancy store opening brought life to the streets on the corner of Madison Avenue and 80th Street with the storefront adorned with ribbon and roses. LoveShackFancy is celebrating the opening of its first Upper East Side location as the sixth store for the label with some special guests dancing in the streets.
The brand curated a whimsical event with a brief description of the opening event on the invitation as “an outdoor love letter to NYC.” Guests enjoyed hot chocolate while watching a special performance by the Sing Harlem Choir and New York City Ballet.
This special event celebrates the entertainment industry with performance venues still closed across the country in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Guests of the store opening truly enjoyed the festivities and the brand was pleased to provide entertainment during these unprecedented times.
The entertainers were dressed in whimsical styles featured by LoveShackFancy to inspire fashionistas with pastel sweaters, flower crowns, tulle skirts, and floral face masks. The new Upper East Side store features a grand holiday display to welcome shoppers into the store while spreading some holiday cheer on Madison Avenue.
