Festival season is finally here and we couldn’t be more excited to finally get out in the open and enjoy great live music and delicious foods. One of the most exciting parts about festivals is just getting ready. Most girls go the extra mile with their look but without a perfect festival hair, the outfit won’t look as great. If you’re a fan braids or just looking to try out a new hairstyle for this year’s festival season, try this easy “braids within a braid” hair tutorial.

For this hair tutorial, you’ll need two simple things:

1. Dry shampoo

2. Clear elastics

Now follow these easy steps:

Step 1. Take your favorite dry shampoo and spray it all over your hair. The dry shampoo gives great texture to the hair and it also helps with keeping the hair in place when you braid it.

Step 2. Make a part wherever your hair naturally falls to. If you want to try a different look, part the hair where you don’t often part.

Step 3. Create a Dutch braid along the hair line. Do this for both sides and when you get to the end, secure with the clear elastics.

Step 4. Create one large French braid to the side and include the two smaller ones you made before. This will look super cool because the smaller braids will be woven into the bigger one.

And that’s it! You’re now ready to go to any festival and it only took minimal effort.
