Lizzo celebrates pink-theme for Met Gala
Mirror, mirror on the wall don’t say it, ’cause I know I’m cute. Lizzo has made more than a splash in the industry since coming on the scene in 2013. She is known for her larger than life persona and her appearance at the Met Gala didn’t disappoint.
Dressed in all pink from head to toe, Lizzo rocked a stunning Marc Jacobs feather coat to match her pink hair and pink dress. Looking like someone straight from the flapper girl days, Lizzo oozed confidence and attitude that people have come to expect and love about Lizzo. Her unfiltered excitement for the entire event was only shadowed by the pure glowing happiness that could be seen the whole night.

Melissa Jefferson, known worldwide as Lizzo, was born in Detroit, Michigan in 1988. She first entered the music scene in 2013 and began skyrocketing to success in 2017 with her hit single Truth Hurts”. Since then Lizzo has become a strong advocate for body positivity, women empowerment, and self-love. Her message is simple and comes out in her everyday persona and the confidence she exudes at every turn.
To sum up the amount of extra that is Lizzo, she even wore her pink feather coat all the way to the airport for her flight home.
