Lena Dunham makes her entrance into the fashion industry
The actress, director, writer, and producer extraordinaire Lena Dunham will be taking on a new role as a fashion designer for a size-inclusive collection with 11 Honoré. The new collection featured on designer shopping website 11 Honoré with Dunham’s collection featuring five pieces in sizes 12 to 26 with pricing between $98 to $298.

The collection features a personal touch from Lean’s family with the floral prints in the collection was created by her father, painter Carroll Dunham. The styles of the collection were inspired by her family and Lena’s journey to bring awareness to sizeism in the fashion industry.
The fashion industry has deemed smaller sizes as standard with none to limited options for clothing sizes and Lena wants to be a part of offering an inclusive size range in the fashion industry. Lena has publicly addressed being criticized in the past for “bad” fashion moments on the red carpet but received praise for her red carpet fashion when she dropped weight from illness or sadness.
Lean worked on creating a flattering collection of styles for women of all shapes with a personal touch of her own style. The new collection will be launching tomorrow with the first five pieces and plans to add more pieces later.
