Our first kiss is that romantic, though often more awkward, moment we will always remember. For these celebs on the Red Carpet at the Emmy’s, Vanity Fair upped the ante by having them remember their first kiss…on camera!
The cast from RuPaul’s Drag Race giggled their way through the bit. Michelle Visage was almost the first on screen kiss for two of her cohosts!
“That time I kissed Britney at the VM….oh wait, that was Madonna..” Carson Kressley joked before he leaned in for a fake kiss with Michelle.
Ross Matthews also joked with Michelle, saying his was going to be her…in about two minutes!
Even younger celebrities imagined what their first on screen kiss may be like, reminding us how adorable and innocent child stars really are. Caleb McLaughlin from Stranger Things says he hasn’t had one yet, but he really wants one!
Not everyone went home empty handed, though. John Turturro from The Night Of remembers his from Miami Vice, and Amanda Brugel says her first on screen kiss in The Handmaid’s Tale was, “the only kiss [she wants] to mention.”
Tessa Thompson from Westworld really brings us back to our younger, kissing behind the bleachers, days. She regaled the tale of her first on camera kiss, with a boy named Floyd in a music video…when she was seven! All she could remember thinking was, “basically this is my dream.” Oh to be young and in love…and in a music video when you’re seven! Now that’s a first (on camera) kiss to remember.
