American actress, activist, and author Jamie Lee Curtis shows up at the 2019 Golden Globe looking absolutely ephemeral in her all-white color scheme.
The 60-year-old veteran actress and mother of two dyed her hair an icy white color, matching her elegant white long-sleeved dress with a thigh-high slit. The sparkling diamond accent on her chest further emphasized her wintry style. Even her accessories were mostly white, consisting of a pair of glittering dangling earrings and a white clutch to finish the look.
Curtis is well-known for her roles in classic horror and thriller films such as Prom Night (1980), The Fog (1980), Blue Steel (1990), and Freaky Friday (2003). Her most notable role is Laurie Strode in the 1978 slasher film, Halloween. She also starred in four subsequent installments of the horror series. Her appearances in numerous horror films have fondly earned her the moniker, “Scream Queen”.
Just last year, Curtis once again had a break on the big screen after coming back to reprise her role in the hit film series, Halloween. It broke box office records and is now considered to be the highest-grossing Halloween sequel, as well as the highest-grossing slasher film of all time.
