It’s official: Kate Middleton has helped us discover the best shoe of this (or any) summer – wedged espadrilles.
It’s so obvious that we are ashamed to have missed it, but luckily, we have both the Duchess of Cambridge and the Duchess of Sussex to show us exactly the next pair of shoes we should be purchasing.
Kate has been seen in her heels on more than one occasion since the hot months began. Once she was seen them while she hosted a children’s picnic in her garden. Yet another time she was wearing them she was seen while visiting a charity she is a patron for: Action for Children.
And while we love how Kate rocks these, we also appreciate the way her sister-in-law, Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, has styled these shoes, which she has also been seen wearing in Australia (and on several other occasions). The shoes are also a favorite of celebs like Anne Hathaway, Pippa Middleton, and Gwenyth Paltrow. It seems their brand of choice is Spanish brand Castañer.
