The people have spoken! E! Entertainment’s People’s Choice Awards is a celebration of Hollywood’s icons and changemakers as voted by fans. Instead of an academy or some form of governing body to try and impress, the PCA’s are a chance for celebs and artists to show their appreciation for their fans and vice versa.
