Editors-Picks-May

When it comes to beauty, I must admit that I have a hard time picking just a few products. There’s a sea out there full of new products, cult favorites, and beauty must-haves so narrowing it down can be difficult but this month I have a few beauty products that I think you’ll love as much as I did.

1. Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner, $16. This has got to be in the top 3 best eyeliners I’ve ever used. The tip is so thin so creating the perfect flick or cat eye becomes effortless. It’s great for filling in the sparse parts of your eyelashes and stays put all day.

2. Emryolisse Lait-Crème Concentrè, $16. This crème gives Elizabeth Arden’s 8-Hour cream a run for her money. I use it just about everywhere: hands, lips, as primer, as makeup remover—you name it. If you suffer from dry skin, this will work as a great moisturizer without breaking the bank.

3. Tarte Maracuja Bronzing Serum, $47. I don’t tan. In fact, I just burn and then go back to being white so sunless tanners are my best friends. Tarte has come out with the serum that will gradually warm your complexion while delivering its signature Maracuja oil moisture. Try this serum if want that golden glow without the burn.

4. NARS The Multiple, $39. This is an amazing product. It works as a highlighter, blush, cream eye color, and lip stick so you can use it as you please. I use the color “South Beach” because the apricot color keeps me in trend but also warms up my complexion.

5. TokyoMilk by Margot Elena Bon Bon Lip Balm Rose Water, $10. My lips are perpetually dry and this has helped them recuperate after the harsh winter. It includes rose water for moisture but also has aloe and shea butter for nutrition so it’s great overall.

6. Leonor Greyl Eclat Naturel — Nourishing and Protective Styling Cream, $46. This styling cream is great for unruly or dry hair. My hair can get a little dry depending on how much I use heated styling tools but using this product really prevents damage and nourishes very well. It’s a tad expensive but you don’t need much.
