Now, Coach is hopping on the train! They announced that the companies corporate responsibility goals which have been known for the past three years, as well as the new animal welfare policy, is something they are passionate about. Coach has pledged phase out the use of coyote, mink, or rabbit fur in their products by Fall 2019!

Coach is known for their classy and timeless items. Though only 1% of coach is sales is fur, from bags and purse designs, there’s quite a few fur products. By 2019, Coach pledges to stop using fur! The CEO Joshua Schulman stated that The move is a truly meaningful milestone for the brand.

Other luxury brands that have similar fur free policies including Versace, Burberry, and Gucci! Within the next year Coach wants to be completely fur free, and people couldn’t be happier for the company that they are shedding their fur.
