Shay Mitchell shared her beauty secrets, talking about her aspirations and inspiration for her New York Fashion Week outfits. The actress turned entrepreneur had a happy and goofy demeanor through the show, she mentioned how fashion has always been something very important to her recalling her interest in the show “Fashion Television” from a very young age where she constantly saw people creating every time in the fashion industry.
She said her style is always revolving, and fun oriented so she could take interest in something today and change it the day after. She said “I like dressing up, I am a big fan of costumes when it comes to, you know, my job and also it allows me to feel a different way when I am on the red carpet. You know, when you borrow a beautiful outfit.”
She also recalled some of her bad and favorite red carpet moments, she showed a picture of herself and pretty little liar co-actress Ashley Benson on the “Pirates of the Caribbean” premier where she wore a plaid dress to get along with the theme of the movie. Her favorite is of her at the Flower-Bomb WinterxRolf event in a long flowing shimmery white dress which was a mother’s day event which she had her family with her, she showed a picture of her and grandmother doing a Marilyn Monroe pose.
She loves working with celebrity stylist Monica Rose who she calls her style fairy god-sister because she creates magic with the items she pulls together.
