Open toe. Part of the pain when wearing heels is the fact that your toes are scrunched up in a pointed heel because of the weight going downwards. An open-toe heel will relieve your toes from that pressure and make for a more comfortable heel experience.

Heels with an arch. When you look at your feet, most of the time they have a natural arch that needs support. Your running shoes and flats have that support and your heels should too. Sometimes heels tend to have no arch and go straight up so look for heels that have this so you don’t end up hurting your arch in the long run.

Pain relieving spray. Believe it or not, there are tons of products out there to prevent and relieve foot pain due to heels for before, during, and after heel wearing. We recommend trying out a pain preventing spray before wearing your heels (especially the very high kind) for an almost pain free experience.
