Consider Short Hair Before Committing
Short hair cuts seem to be the latest craze these days. Some are even calling it the hairstyle of the year. With all of the new and bold styles to choose from, you are probably asking yourself, “Can I pull off the short hair look?” With this new trick, you can help decide before you make a mistake that will take months to grow back.
New season, new you. Long hair will forever be “the look” but this season, fashionistas have spoken and short hair is the new long hair. And there are so many different looks to choose from. Everything from the classic pixie of Audrey Hepburn and Mia Farrow to the bob made popular by Irina Shayk, the look is timeless.
Today, actresses have taken the classic hairstyles to new levels by adding a modern twist. The grown-out pixie of Emilia Clarke is a good example, as well as the new sleek blunt bob and even the French-girl crop that can be seen gracing the covers of countless magazines and red carpets.
So which length is right for you? All you need is a ruler to use the new 5.5 cm rule. Using a ruler, measure the distance from your ear lobe to your chin. If the distance is less than 5.5 cm, chop your hair off and never look back. It’s that simple.
