Celebrities pull out all the stops for Halloween costumes

Halloween is the one night of the year to parade around in a crazy costume but the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and many opted to stay home to stay safe including celebrities. Though the Halloween parties were limited this year celebrities didn’t compromise on outlandish costumes.

Heidi Klum


This supermodel is the queen of Halloween with a crazy costume nearly every year but Klum decided to create a short horror film featuring her family. In the short horror film, Klum was transformed with two full-body camouflage paintings by David Gilmore’s team that took 7 hours each.

Cardi B


Cardi B also went for a full-body transformation for Halloween for a lavish Medusa costume including a custom wig with golden snakes. The Medusa costume featured everything gold and snakeskin by Laurel DeWitt along with a snake body sleeve for her legs that appears to look like a snake tail.

Hailey Bieber


Hailey Bieber paid homage to the twisted Nurse Ratched from the original movie “One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest” in a latex version of the nurse costume featured in the Netflix original series “Ratched.”

Lil Nas X


The country crossover rapper Lil Nas X celebrated Halloween in drag as Nicki Minaj circa the “Super Bass” music video with the iconic pink wig and jumpsuit.

Christian Siriano


New York fashion designer Christian Siriano also celebrated Halloween in drag as the singer Sia with a huge dress with bows and a large, masking wig.

Shea Coulee


The RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 5 winner Shea Coulee got all dressed up to dance with the devil in an all-red makeup look including horns.

Everyone loves puppets, including the queen from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12 who celebrated everything Jim Henson for Halloween. Gigi dressed up as beloved Muppet Kermit The Frog and partied with her pals in Jim Henson inspired costumes.
