Crystals for makeup is trending at Paris Fashion Week
The HBO hit series “Euphoria” is known for the next level beauty looks using Swarovski crystals instead of makeup and the trend is only growing in popularity. The makeup trend is so popular French designer, Giambattista Valli, incorporated it on the runway for Paris Fashion Week.
Makeup artist, Isamaya Ffrench, made the models shine bright like a diamond with Swarovski crystals and iridescent veiled headpieces. This look follows Giambattista Valli’s continued theme of embellished-eyes from the last series of runway shows.

Focusing on the crystals, Ffrench applied a clean, nude look with a simple foundation and concealer. Ffrench meticulously placed the crystals to create a lifting illusion around the eyes of the models. The meticulous makeup didn’t require any accessorizing with jewelry, drawing all the attention to the eyes and styles.
