Pore strips are a necessity especially if your pores get clogged up easily but they can also be expensive. Brands like Boscia make an amazing pore strip but at almost $30 for a 12 pack, it can get pricey depending on how often you use them.

If you’re tired of paying so much money and want to make your own, we have a perfect DIY that involves only 2 ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry: milk and unflavored gelatin.

You’ll need the following:

1 tbsp. of milk
1 tbsp. of unflavored gelatin

Now follow these steps:

Step 1. Mix the ingredients well in a small cup. It’s best to use an old cup because the gelatin can get tricky to clean off once it’s cooled.

Step 2. Warm the mixture up in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Step 3. After having removed any makeup or dirt from your nose, quickly apply the mixture. If you wait too long it’ll turn rubbery. We recommend using your fingers (don’t worry, it won’t be too hot) because you will ruin your makeup brushes if you use them.

Step 4. Wait 10 minutes and peel away! The girls at CT having been using this DIY for a long time and we give it a thumbs up.
