Without a doubt, beach waves are the go-to hairstyle of the summer. It’s one of the easiest hairstyles because you can either go for a swim in the ocean to get it or you can stay at home and just spritz some sea salt texturizing spray. And need we say more about the amazing texture?
Although beach waves are fun, sometimes you want to take that sexy hair from day to night without having to get rid of it. If you’re looking for a quick hairstyle that works great on beach hair, check this hair tutorial.
What you’ll need:
1. An elastic
2. A comb
3. A few U-shaped pins
Now follow these steps:
Step 1. Part your hair in a horseshoe section on the very top and pin it out of the way. Take the elastic and secure the remaining hair in a low ponytail.
Step 2. Grab your comb and part the top section your secured earlier in half. Back comb the top section a few times and repeat the same for the other half.
Step 3. Now that you’ve given your hair some extra volume, twist the hair and pin it down right above the ponytail with a U-shaped pin.
Step 4. Hold both the ponytail and pinned section and split them into two pieces and tie them into a knot. Once you’ve created a loose knot, wrap the remaining pieces around the knot your just created and secure the pieces in to place.
Step 5. For a more relaxed and messy look, take a few pieces out of the side of the hair around the temple area.
